Delete your WonderPals: Park Tactics account

Option 1 – in the game (instant)

1. Open WonderPals: Park Tactics.
2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 – by email

If you can no longer open the game, send an email to zoulzay.studio@gmail.com with the subject "WonderPals account deletion" from the Google account you used to sign in. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Guest accounts are anonymous and not linked to any email, so they can only be deleted in the game (Option 1). Unused guest data contains no personal information.

What is deleted

• Your account (anonymous or Google-linked) in Firebase Authentication.
• Your cloud save (all game progress and purchase records) in Cloud Firestore.

What is kept

• Progress saved locally on your device stays until you uninstall the game.
• Google Play keeps its own purchase/order records as required by law; we keep no copy after deletion.
