1. Summary

WonderPals: Park Tactics ("the game") collects only the data it needs to run your account, save your progress in the cloud and process in-app purchases. We do not show ads, do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

2. Data we collect

• Account identifiers – when you play as a guest, an anonymous account ID is created with Google Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and display name.
• Game progress – your save data (pals, items, park, settings, purchase records) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your account ID so you can restore it on another device.
• Purchases – purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game stores a one-way hash of each purchase token to grant each purchase exactly once.
• On-device only – gameplay statistics used for balancing are written to a log file on your device and are not sent to us.
• Closed Beta sign-up – if you email us or message our Facebook page to join a test, we use your Google Play email only to add you to the Google Play tester list and to contact you about the test. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, device advertising IDs or microphone/camera data.

3. How we use data

To sign you in, save and sync your progress, deliver purchased items, restore purchases and provide support. Data is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Third-party services

• Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore – Firebase privacy

5. Security and retention

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your cloud save is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our servers within 30 days. Google Play purchase records are kept by Google under its own policy.

6. Deleting your data

In the game: Settings › Account › Delete account. This deletes your cloud save and your account immediately. You can also request deletion on the web: Account deletion request.

7. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
